Hi, I’m Ashley, so happy you’re here! Whether you’re just curious or ready to start planning, here’s a peek behind the brand…

I started Suite Departures after years of being the go-to trip planner for friends, family — and eventually, colleagues and clients. Travel has always been my favorite language: a way to connect deeper, live slower, and create stories worth retelling. After curating itineraries across five-star hotels, tucked-away wine bars, scenic train rides, and once-in-a-lifetime moments, I realized this wasn’t just a hobby — it was my calling. Suite Departures was born to bring that same thoughtful, elevated experience to travelers who want more than just a vacation — they want to feel something. With an eye for detail, a passport full of firsthand knowledge, and a true love for planning, I’m here to make sure your next departure is anything but ordinary. I believe in personalized plans over endless search tabs, and the magic of having someone who just gets what you’re looking for. I’d never send you somewhere I wouldn’t go myself — and chances are, I’ve already been.

Who do you work with?

Just about everyone! From multi-generation family trips, couples’, honeymoons and babymoons, girls trips, golf trips, group travel, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, wedding guest room blocks, cruises, villa and yacht charters, corporate incentive trips, and quick weekend getaways. I’ve planned hundreds of trips of various sizes and across every continent (are we counting Antartica?) so you can trust that I’ve truly been there, and done that!

So how does this work?

I create personalized travel experiences, not just bookings and generic suggestions. That includes finding the right destination, designing a custom itinerary, booking hotels, transportations, tours and reservations - offering VIP support throughout the entire planning process. Think of me as your travel matchmaker, planner and problem-solver all in one.

Ready to get started? Now the fun begins! When you’re ready, you’ll send me an email or complete the travel inquiry form. From there, we’ll schedule a quick discovery call (or chat via email if you prefer) to gather all relevant information and then it’s my turn to get to work. I hand select hotels, experiences and recommendations for your proposal - once decisions are made, I manage all the bookings and communications on your behalf. (before and during your trip!)

Why would I work with you over using my credit card points or travel portal?

Great question! I too have used points and portals to book trips and here’s why I wont do it again. Impersonal and restrictive. Google doesn’t know you, I do. Credit card portals only show you options that partner with that specific card, not to mention, booking through a 3rd party results in your reservation being prioritized last. (cries in wasted points). When there’s a nationwide ground stop or a strike or a simple change of plans, don’t expect much help from that ChatBot. It’s option overload out there, I can save you time (& stress).
